The Wedding Salon isn’t your average bridal show. It is a weekend-long event offering area wedding professionals a unique showcase with the opportunity to build lasting relationships with Crystal Coast destination brides. We offer our exhibitors three exciting events designed to showcase your company and your people.
Our Saturday Showcase is designed in true reception style as an intimate, free-flowing event with no pipe and drape or endless rows of vendors. We limit the number of exhibitors in the same service or product category to four and the total number of exhibitors to 40, giving you room to showcase your business creatively and with flair.
Our event venue tours are perhaps the most unique element of the Salon. You create an ambiance that is reflective of your venue’s unique appeal, and we bring pre-registered couples to you for 30 minutes of show-and-tell.
And at our Saturday Night After Party everyone is invited to let down their hair, relax, and socialize with our attending couples and other vendors. Many of our exhibitors leave the After Party with signed contracts from couples they met during the day’s events.
HOW TO EXHIBIT
Exhibit space is limited to 40 vendors and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We limit the number of exhibiting vendors in any one product or service category to four.
We give previous years’ exhibitors first dibs through August 2016 and will open remaining space to new exhibitors on September 7, 2016.
