What is the “salon” in Crystal Coast Wedding Salon?
The literal definition of a salon is a large room used for receiving and entertaining guests. That’s what the Crystal Coast Wedding Salon is all about. We want you to be our guests for an entire weekend of luxury wedding planning on the Crystal Coast.

This isn’t your average bridal show. It’s a wedding experience! Unlike the usual bridal show where you encounter row after row of vendors in booths who don’t have the time to learn about you and your needs, we create an intimate setting at the beautiful oceanfront Coral Bay Club where you receive the attention to detail and creativity to make your Crystal Coast wedding spectacular.

You’re also invited to our spectacular After Party at Celebration Cottage, our Friday night Welcome Reception, and admission to the best Crystal Coast event venues on our Saturday venue tour. All designed to give you a true taste of how magical your Crystal Coast wedding can be!


What is included in the admission price?

All Access Passes are $25 per person and $40 per couple. All Access ticket prices include:

• Admission to the Friday Night Welcome Reception sponsored by the Coral Bay Club.
• Admission to the Crystal Coast Wedding Salon on Saturday at the Coral Bay Club.
• Admission to venues on one of two Crystal Coast wedding venue tours on Saturday prior to the Showcase (limo seating is limited. See below for details).
• Admission to the Salon After Party at Celebration Cottage on Saturday night including a buffet dinner, entertainment and dancing, and complimentary transportation from our headquarters hotels.
• Valuable door prizes worth hundreds of dollars in wedding services and products awarded at the After Party .
• Your luxury Swag Bag, filled with special offers and gifts from participating vendors.

Can I purchase tickets to the Wedding Showcase only?

Yes, you can! Showcase Only tickets are $10 per person at the door ($8 per person in advance). They include admission to the Saturday Wedding Showcase at the Doubletree by Hilton Atlantic Beach on Saturday, January 14, 2017, from 1-5 PM.

How do I purchase tickets to Salon events?

1) Purchase advance tickets online. Tickets go on sale in November 2016. If you’d like to be notified when they go on sale, subscribe to our email newsletter.
2) Purchase at the door during registration hours below. We accept cash or credit/debit card only.

You can check in, pick up your ticket and purchase additional tickets at our registration desk during these times and at these locations:

Friday, January 20, 2017, 5 PM until 8 PM :: The Coral Bay Club, Atlantic Beach
Saturday, January 21, 2017, 8 AM until 4 PM :: The Coral Bay Club, Atlantic Beach

Are there accommodations available for the weekend?
Our two headquarters hotels are offering special rates for Salon guests. We will also run complimentary shuttle service between our After Party at Celebration Cottage and our two hotels on Saturday evening. Please see our lodging page for more details.


How do I sign up for event venue tours?
Your All Access Pass gains you admission to participating venues on one of two event venue tours. When you purchase your tickets online, you will have the opportunity to select your tour.

Tours take place on Saturday, January 21, 2017, from 9 AM until 1 PM. Both tours depart from the Coral bay Club promptly at 9 AM.

* Purchasing an advance ticket does not guarantee transportation seating. Seating is limited to two people per wedding party and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you purchase your ticket and seating is sold out, we will place you and one other person on a waiting list. We usually have success getting wait listed couples on the tour, but if not, we invite you to follow the tour in your own vehicle.


Can I have time to meet with Salon vendors one-on-one?
Of course! We want you to have quality time with our vendors to talk shop. That’s why we have set up our Appointment Room at the Coral Bay Club during the Showcase on Saturday from 12 PM until 5 PM so you can have that time with the Salon vendors of your choice. And the After Party is also a great oppotunity to see all of our exhibitors once again in a social setting.

When you register and purchase your tickets online, you will have the opportunity to request a meeting with any exhibitors privately, before, during or after the Salon. We will forward your request to the appropriate person.
